Dime Foundation Awards $4,000 to Habitat for Humanity of Eastern Connecticut
A $4,000 award from Dime Bank Foundation will help Habitat for Humanity construct a new, single family home on Killeen Road in Montville.
A $4,000 award from Dime Bank Foundation will help Habitat for Humanity construct a new, single family home on Killeen Road in Montville. When completed, this home will be a safe, decent, affordable “forever home” for a local, hardworking family of low or very low income.
Habitat for Humanity of Eastern Connecticut serves New London and eastern Windham Counties and completes an average of five home rehabilitations or new constructions annually. Today, 274 persons live in their own homes because of HFHECT and numerous, generous partners and thousands of volunteers.
