Dime Bank recently hosted its 157th annual meeting at Lake of Isles in North Stonington, CT. The meeting, attended by nearly 100 of the bank’s directors, corporators and bank officers, was hosted by Nick Statoulas, the bank’s recently named President & CEO.
At the meeting, Dime elected two new corporators to the bank.

Mark Asnes, a resident of Glastonbury, CT, is the CEO, Principle & Managing Member of Freehold Real Estate, located in Norwich, CT. Freehold Real Estate is a top-rated real estate and property management firm, which specializes in acquiring and managing investment property. In collaboration with his partners, the company has successfully developed, renovated and managed apartment complexes, constructed condominium complexes, converted apartments to condominiums, developed subdivisions, built custom homes, and owned and managed commercial buildings and mobile home parks.
Mark’s professional memberships include President of the Connecticut Manufactured Housing Association, and Board Member of the State of CT Advisory Council on Manufactured Housing, as well as several others. 

Keith Wolff, a resident of Ellington, CT, is Managing Partner of Wolff Financial Group, LLC. He is a Certified Financial Planner professional, and also holds the Certified Life Underwriter designation. He works with business owners, high net worth individuals, and families in assisting them with their insurance needs, retirement, business and estate planning. Keith has qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table every full year he has been in the business.

During his college years at Trinity College in Hartford, CT, Keith was named an All-American and Academic All-American basketball player in his junior and senior years; he was later inducted into the New England Basketball Hall of Fame in 2006. He is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of Kingswood Oxford School and Hartford Youth Scholars.
