Dime Bank Names New Board Member and Corporator at 2025 Annual Meeting
Jenny Wronowski and Renee DiNino elected at Dime Bank annual meeting
Jenny Wronowski, a resident of Mystic, was elected to join Dime’s Board of Directors at the annual meeting. Jenny is currently the fiscal/project management consultant at Renaissance City Development Association. With a strong background in engineering and project planning, she has been involved in the oversight, budgeting and management of many development projects in the local region. In addition, she is very active in the community and volunteers with Always Home and serves on the Board of Directors at Safe Futures and Board of Trustees at Pine Point School.
Also at the meeting, Renee DiNino, the Director of Community Affairs for WFSB Channel 3 and the host of Hello Connecticut with Renee DiNino, was elected as a corporator of the bank. As a long-time successful media personality in both radio and television, Renee is recognized state-wide as a strong voice and advocate for many community organizations, including animal—related causes, law enforcement, children’s causes and military & veteran’s centered nonprofits.
Dime President and CEO Nick Caplanson also took time to thank Linda Mariani, former partner at Mariani Reck Lane, LLC, who is stepping down from Dime’s Board of Directors after serving 20+ years with the bank. In recognizing her career accomplishments at the meeting, Caplanson honored Linda as “a leading local businesswoman and exemplary role model for how to make an impact in your community.” Linda will continue her long-standing relationship with Dime by serving as an honorary corporator.
