Dime Bank, headquartered in Norwich, CT, announced that Cynthia Palmer will join the bank later this summer as an Assistant Vice President and Commercial Lender. With nearly 15 years of diverse experience in the banking industry, Cindy brings a great deal of complimentary expertise to Dime’s lending team, already recognized as the area’s leading local commercial lending team.

Cindy joins Dime after spending over the past decade with Savings Institute Bank & Trust in a similar role as Commercial Lender. In this role, she worked closely with various business partners to develop full client relationships and in turn, built a comprehensive commercial portfolio, most recently specializing in HOA/Timeshare lending. Previously at SI, she worked in a variety of commercial lending roles, ranging from commercial loan administrator to portfolio manager.
