All Dime Bank branches are open for in-person banking by appointment and drive-up transactions. Please note that we will still offer ATM and night drop services at these locations.
Dime has remained opened and fully operational throughout this pandemic.
Due to the fact that our Stonington and Broadway (Norwich) branches do not have a drive-up window, we are handling transactions in a hybrid approach at the front door at these locations.
We’ve continued to open accounts, process transactions and approve loans, both for individual and business customers alike and will continue to do so.
Our mobile and online banking features are always available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with DimeOnLine and our mobile app! You can also use the 24-hour account info-line to access your account information.
