Reliance House and The City of Norwich Recognize Dime Bank Employees for Their Dedication to Serving Customers and Building Lasting Relationships

News Release - September 5, 2008

(Norwich, CT) - Reliance House, a non-profit organization that works with adults experiencing mental health, addiction, and developmental disabilities, recognized Dime Bank's Broadway Branch Manager, Mary Florence and Teller, Sally Gagnon for their service and dedication to the staff and members of Reliance House.

The ceremony took place on the patio of the Reliance House in downtown Norwich and attendees included Reliance House staff and members, Dime Bank staff and Sally's husband David Gagnon and sister Debbie Hinchey. Recognition plaques for service and dedication were presented by David Burnett, Chief Executive Officer of Reliance House. A second certificate of recognition was presented to Sally Gagnon on behalf of the City of Norwich, recognizing Sally Gagnon for her commitment to Reliance House and creating lasting relationships with both members and staff.

"The Dime Bank Broadway personnel are all wonderful people. We wanted to recognize Mary Florence as the Branch Manager and Sally Gagnon because they treat all members of the public with the upmost respect, especially the people we serve at Reliance House. They always greet us all with respect and a smile without fail. They are the happiest and most helpful staff and they exemplify customer service," says David Burnett, CEO of Reliance House.
