Business customers: Please contact Dime Bank Operations Department at 860-859-4300 for enrollment information. Now you can receive your monthly statements and your check images online with eStatements. eStatements are electronic versions of your original paper statements that you receive through your email account rather than the US Postal Service. They look just like the old paper statements, and contain the same images and information, yet you will receive them much sooner than before, usually on the same day they are created.
Enrollment is easy. Once you submit the information required, you will receive an email to register your username and password and to accept the required disclosures. On your next statement date you will receive an email notification that your statement is ready to view. So if you would like to enjoy the convenience of eStatements, Click here.
